Cecil the dog
I was born in New Orleans and was rescued to the Bay Area after Hurricane Katrina. Now my home is with Kristy and Omar in Alameda.
Cecil's owners need help!
Cecil underwent a complicated and expensive surgery to remove a compressed disc on his spinal cord and to save his life. Now he is recovering and we hope he regains the ability to walk–and one day, run.
